REXOR is committed to:
- Work according to the principles of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Perform regular audits “Hygiene - Cleanliness – Storage”
- Make each employee aware of the rules of hygiene
- Develop 5S areas
Health & Safety
REXOR is committed to :
- Train and inform on the following topics : home security, fire, workplace first-aider, chemical risks, handling equipment and electricity
- Protect its staff, its tool, its environment : sprinkler protection, CO2 protection, UV and smoke detection.
- Ensuring that PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn.
- Work on the analysis of risks resulting from the single Document to set up an effective management tool, coherent and shared by all.
- Respect the regulation related to our activity
- Prevent psychosocial risks (harassment, overload, communication).
Environnement
REXOR is committed through its ISO 14001 certification, to :
- Complying with legal obligations and other requirements applicable to the site
- Implement a continuous improvement policy for the environment
- Prevent and control pollution risks
- REXOR gives priority to :
- Reduce it's energy and consumables consumption
- Reinforce the monitoring of its air emissions and the efficiency of its VOC incinerators
- Reduce its waste and look for new recycling procedures
- Reduce the impacts of chemicals
- Improve fire risk management
We are committed to enforcing this HSE commitment established on the respect of the men and women (employees, customers, suppliers, residents, external companies), the preservation of the industrial and the environment considering the integration of the industrial site with the tourist site of the Lake of Paladru.
