We could describe the research and innovation process at REXOR in 4 major phases. This process enables us to carefully gather your ideas/needs and transform them into high-value-added specialty products that will differentiate you in the marketplace.
LABORATORY PHASE
We work with you in close collaboration with our project manager and R&D team. First of all, we look to see if a product exists in our different ranges, or if a variation would be possible, before specifically designing and formulating the right solution by combining our various areas of expertise.
PILOT PHASE
Design and formulation work is first carried out in the laboratory with initial formulations or metallizations, ensuring that laboratory successes translate into reel-to-reel machine successes.
MACHINE TESTING PHASE
Production and qualification tests (often 3) begin on our machines, enabling us to refine and validate all recipes and operating procedures.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION STAGE AND RAMP-UP
Once the product has been ``installed`` and the specifications have been drawn up and validated with our teams, the progressive ramp-up can begin. In parallel, specific work will have been carried out on the procurement of the various components, with a back-up study of key references (film, chemicals, packaging, transport, etc.).
