Liner film REXFILM® FORM
REXOR offers you REXFILM® FORM, food-grade heat sealable and thermoformable liners, for the inner lining of your pulp, cellulose or cardboard trays, that are recyclable in the paper industry.

REXOR has developed two ranges of liners:
- The REXFILM® FORM PP range, that is suitable for hot filling and microwave reheating,
- The REXFILM® FORM PET range, that is compatible with conventional oven reheating.
These films that allow you to seal your hybrid trays are available in non barrier or barrier versions and can be developed in various thicknesses.
Based on our expertise in formulating heat seal lacquers, a heat-reactivable coating is applied to the inside of our films to ensure a perfect adhesion on the sides and the bottom of molded pulp or cardboard, or preformed cardboard trays.
Our thermoformable liners are compatible with different manufacturing trays technologies and different shapes and depths of your hybrid trays.
