Slitting
The slitting process is to make rolls, pancakes and yarns, from mother rolls of up to 2400mm in width. Slitting a film in pancakes is done from mother rolls. Slitting a film is made from pancakes. The number of yarns slitted from a pancake may vary from 18 to 119.
