Christal Light ® S1 Silver film is a metallized polyester film coated and printable with clear varnish.
- Features:
- Brightness side S1 : 650-700 Gardner 60°
- Easily printable varnish offset, UV flexo or offset helio with suitable inks
- Main applications:
- Laminating film: against sticking of the polyester side on cardboard for various packages.
- Printing on the varnished surface.
Gold S1 film is a metallised polyester film and coated with a printable gold varnish.
- Features:
- Brillance face S1 : 600 Gardner 60°.

Our Christal-Light® TC S R-PET Film is an acrylic varnished polyester film, metallized on one side, printable on the other.
- Features:
- Glossy acrylic face: 650-700 Gardner 60 °

- Approved for food contact on pretreated side
- More environmentally friendly alternative, composed of 70% recycled PET and only 30% virgin PET,
Recycled Polyester Film (PCR or R-PET)
The Post Consumer Recycled Polyester film participate in creating more sustainable flexible packaging solutions for protecting the environment by:
- Reducing plastic waste and land fill
- Reducing the use of fossil material
- Reducing the carbon footprint
- Supporting the recycling streams and improving waste collection
The process used is the Glycolysis Process: this chemical recycling process makes it possible to upcycle post-consumer waste.
By depolymerizing the flakes back to their monomer basis and repolymerization, we obtain high quality polymers for our PET film production.
